No one should be defending if they “kidnapped” the girl. but all ethics relating to western world regarding innocent till proven guilty if forgotten when it comes to any one resmbling with religious people.
Let the guy proof first, there were previous similar claims proven false for lal masjid.

What false grounds? This case has media's attention. If Lal Masjid Mullahs are not holding the girl hostage, then why are they not just letting the girl go with her father? Is this also Islamic? The father is now knocking on Supreme Court's door. For Google Sheikhs and Prosecutors, how exactly do you document and represent the 'proof' that a father is not allowed to see his daughter and take her home, on internet? Yes, exactly.
These Lal Masjid Mullahs are vile, I sincerely hope that the girl is still alive, her poor father has certainly decided to confront a beyond dangerous mafia.
Frankly speaking, there is a very good reason why in the eyes of mullahs, a woman is 'never' raped.

As much as I would like to think it but I do not believe this is case of "kidnapping", more of daughter going on to the Jamia on her own, could be some 'brain-washing' by Umme-Hasan but not anything more.
