I know, it sounds disgusting, but its not pronounced jIlaab.
Its this lebanese drink that I had a while back - made of dates and rose water with some kind of nuts sprinkled on top.
So awessssssooooooooooooooooome!
Anyone know how to make it? I’ve googled to try to find the recipe and I can’t.

I'd try to put dates in a mixer with rosewater and some milk...and see the result... :)

The drink I had did not use water. It looked pretty much like iced tea in appearance only.
