I just started listening to them and they are good, but were they better with atif aslam or without?

They could've been huge with Atif considering the success he's had. I went to one of their earlier concerts when they had Atif and Addat is just not the same without him. But I do feel Jal have gone on to forge their own identity and I really like all their newer songs. Also I slowly started hating Atif, he's now a commercial sellout who can only sing one style.

i have always preferred jal over atif....they are better without him. but as far as success is concerned then they could have been more popular with atif since atif has a huge fan base than jal.

I also like Jal more than Atif. Jal's songs are divers, also like their clips more. Atif's songs, as Rizla86, said are in one style. pretty boring now
