Because they are normal people too.
And I don't know why everyone is so surprised, but many many people behave like this when they are hanging out with their friends (or so called friends). Laughing at others and cracking jokes.
Just look at this forum how people talk about celebrities or other people. Jall and these others are doing exactly the same.

People should let go of the notion that celebs are some perfect superhumans.
