Jal + Atif

So any chance that Atif and Jal can be back together ?

One has voice and one has music …

I wonder if they could sing a last song together … and say good bye to each other in some good way.

I just started getting into Jal. I dont really care about teh people, their stoires or watever, but their music is just like…whoa. Their lyrics (whatever i can understand)-- “Aadat” wraps up a year of my life into three minutes (now thats pathetic ).

^ If you ask someone who knows both of them on a personal level (like me as they were my college mates and Gohar is a good friend) then he will say that both of them act extremely childishly. What is more disappointing that after finally the issue went cold, Atif had to use the slow version of woh Lamhay for 'Zeher' which re-ignited the issue.

^ Yep. They are same songs with 'Bheegi Yadain' is a bit fast paced while 'Lamhay' is given a slow and soft treatment.

Shame they won’t get back, ever. Atif has a great voice and sings ‘Bheegi Yadain’ to perfection. He did a concert shown on Geo tv few weeks ago and the crowd went wild when he sung that. Some were jumping like they were on ecstasy and others were shedding tears in joy. Even I was jumping off the couch!

BTW, how many versions of the song are there?

The current singer of Jal is pethetic ... means he can't go with the guitaring of Gohar.

I wonder if Atif and Gohar don't speak no more. Means don't they discuss these things. I personally feel there is a communication gap.

Isn't there any middle party which can patch up their gaps ? In current situation i don't see any future for Jal or atif. Hardly they will survive 1 to 2 years.
