Jake and Amir work at a software company managing the database. This one time Jake sees that, the Boss of the company walks in and requests Amir to do some extra work for him.
Moments later after the Boss leaves, Jake walks up to Amir:
Jake: “dude, are you going to take such crap from this jerk?”
Amir: “why whats wrong?”
Jake: “He clearly thinks that you are a noob”
Amir: “No I am not a noob man…”
Jake: “I’ll tell you what you are going to do…you are going to walk in to his office and set him straight…You tell him that its either your way or you will leave this company.”
Amir smiles and says “you sure I can do this to him?”
Jake affirms. Amir smiles to jake and walks in to the Boss’s office.
10 minutes later.
Amir returns and starts cleaning his desk…

Jake: “So how did it go?”
Amir: “Well…Boss said that he doesnt want to go through the entire hassle to hire a new person and train him so he doubled my pay”
Jake: “..HUH?..WHY THE HELL ARE YOU CLEANING YOUR DESK UP!!?”
Amir: “because this stuff is cheap and I can buy the new stuff now…jake..I am richer than you.”
