I was watching TV in the other room a little while ago. She gave me this brilliant idea while we were sitting there. We have this framed picture in our house. It is a 15x37 (thats right, 15x37). The picture is basically not ‘all that’ if u know what I mean (meaning it is not a painting, just some kinda picture that looks like as if it was a printout or something . The picture is on a 15x37 cardboard. She gave me an idea to do a painting and put that in the same frame instead. This picture is currently Horizontal and she told me to make the painting verticle. I will post a pic of this framed picture later (along with a pic of the painting when I am done). I opened up the frame from the back (got a cut on my finger in doing so ) and basically told her how I will be doing everything. But the most important thing is still left, what to paint?
So give me some ideas She told me to make something nice. I don’t wanna make another winter scene. Help me P*mp The Pic

See that picture in the middle. I am gonna cut that part out and leave the border on the side as it is (looks kinda nice). Then I am gonna take the same size Canvas (i.e. 15x37) and do a painting (not on the whole canvas) but only in the middle. This way I will leave that cardboard as it is (with the picture gone from the middle; the size of the part which I cut out). Then once the painting is dry, I will put that behind the cardboard. The part which I will leave empty on Canvas will eventually come behind the cardboard and it’ll look as if the whole painting has this border around it when in reality, the border will be from the old pic . AND THIS WILL BE A VERTICLE PIC SO U KNOW I WILL HAVE WATER IN IT FO SHO.
