What are your thoughts on the movie?
I saw it and loved the message they give in the movie. I wish our politicians also be shown this movie!

^ maybe the direction, screenplay didn't do justice to their idea but I believe whoever goes to watch this movie will come out at least as a more positive and determined person for that day or would at least be made to think on this note so I think they have done their job.
to be very honest, im sick and tired of the media worldwide corrupting the minds of people and filling them with negativity...so this was actually a very good change and i think everyone should appreciate the effort!

Heard it is a flop, and this is due to the actors and weak story and direction. How many times can you expect to play repeat on Salman Khan and expect people to watch the same films again and again.
Plus apparently an actual dvd print has been leaked by an insider and is available on torrent.

Jai ho, 1st day business, 17.5 karor. Its nt a floop.. Actuall ticket price was kept lowr.. Around 250 indian rupee. While ticket price of dhoom 3 was kept 800 rupee. That telz u the story.

Yes but there wasn't 100% occupancy in most theatres, so if the ticket prices were increased it wouldn't have even got the 40 to 50% occupancy that it had.

Salman khan iz an ex-army oficer. Its about "aam admi sota hova shrr ha". Movie shows how a coman man left his army to help humanity and bashes bad guys along the way. (polititinz n minister). Basd on the movie stalin (2006). Movie is ful of action, n wil show a restrained salman khan without slapstick comedy emotinz.. U wil c salman in a slightly difrnt role but with as much action to keep ur eyes poping.. His dilouge " agr ap ko lagta ha k ham ny ap par ahsan kia, tou thanks matt bolyee, 3 logo ki help kr dain or unhain b 3 logo ki help krny ka bolain". Loved it.

Noor, thats 4 u. Movie was released on friday, a working day, while dhoom 3 was released on sunday, a holiday. So there is no comparison betwen the two. Jai ho first 2 days businezz 17.5+16.5= 34 caroor
