These people forget, that their taliban bretheren are killing Pakistanis left and right. Our tribals are being abused by these people, our soldiers are being shot at, and our ambassadors are being kidnapped. Its a very clever tactic to use that highlighted line when they are finally shown that they cannot impose their will on Pakistan or Pakistanis.
If zardari and nawaz build that terror camp again, then its a win for the extremists. It would be a step backwards for a moderate pakistan and it will once again embolden these extremists to impose their will and abuse pakistan’s minorites, especially shias, ahmedis and sufis.
Its funny how these people have turned to ppp and pml, as these two governments let extremists conduct sectarian violence and turned a blind eye to them.

the new coalition government is in an interesting position and are bound to fail in either direction they choose to go with this.
If they side with the extremists. Then we are literally back to where we left off. Supporting taliban types and sectarianism and demcracy was a false slogan they used to get back to their looting the government ways.
If they don't side with the extremists then the coalition are liars (which they already are) and have let down extremists, who they used to out Musharraf's allies.

Here is a solution- Rebuild a madrissa for the students, in a differenmt location and with different administration. strict check on what is being taught there and who all is on the premises. do some psychological assessments of teh brainwashed dandar bardaar khawateen, and they get to go through therapy to get some sense back in their skulls before they can join madrissa.

I don't think rebuilding the mosque or madrassa is jahalat but it would be jahalat if they they don't impose a proper system in the mosque and masdrassa, they should watch out for the type of activities talking place in the mosque and madrassa. Design and enforce a curriculum for the madrassa that can provide those poor students with good islamic and non islamic education. There are so many students coming out of universities with a BA or MA in islamiyat, utilize those students properly and turn these madrassas into proper educational centers for the poor.

And please do not give me the reason "Madrissah feeds free to poor students". No body is dying of hunger in Pakistan. At least not yet! So Madrisshas should not be used to provide food.
