was watching a pakistani(punjabi) film called budha gujar, and Shaan played a charecter of jagaa, who collected tax from bazars of lahore. 0ne of my familly members told me that this really happened in lahore, that a person(gangster) collected tax from shops!!! whearase the goverment struggles to do that!
anyways, can any1 confirm if that happened?? and what the real story is?
NB: Shaan is such a great actor, only in he is offered decent roles. dont u think so?
