If all those people who worked hard to make this world a better place thought in those terms this world would be an inhabitable or deserted place. No progress of humanity would be possible. Thousands of people would still be dying of epidemics. If somehow the population would have increased then we would be facing massive food shortages. We would still be living in caves or jungles.
What do think ?
Re: Jaga ji laganay ki dunya nahi hai ?
I believe all of these things are the will of Allah.
Often mankind has reached great high points and low points and each was ultimately decreed by Allah.
If it were not so then mankind would never get to judgement day…
I once heard an old fishermans tale with a difference. He demonsrtated how a bucket of crabs all doomed themselves by pulling whichever crab got to the top back down to the bottom… hence no crabs were able to escape.
Sometimes I think we men are like those crabs… ![]()

I don't agree with this. Allah SWT puts a lot of stress on this life. This life is for a purpose, and according to the principles of Islam, it is not right to be completely aloof from this world while living. Islam does not encourage 24/7 prayer.
Islam tells us to do all we can to defend our lives. This world will one day come to an end, but it's not meaningless.
That said, I don't like Junaid Jamshaid anyways. He's just a hypocrite, running a multi-million rupee boutique chain while he talks about "Jaga ji laganay ki ye duniya nahin hai".
Re: Jaga ji laganay ki dunya nahi hai ?
Yep , actually Islam says that if you do any jaiz (allowed) worldly thing and you remember Allah(SWT) while doing it then that worldly affair becomes Ebadat(Worship) of Allah. JJ is not only one. I have seen many moulvies who are engrossed in this world with all their heart and soul but they tell others that Hub a dunia is bad. You should live here like a traveler etc. ![]()
