Yes, you can as long as you have the right source and add-on for it. There are many live tv addons, they connect you to live streaming websites and that's essentially how Kodi works.

I feel so dumb when it comes to kodi. Either I don't know what I am doing, or the user interface is so complicated that I was never able to figure out how to watch Pakistani channels or any other channel of my choice
The user interface IS complicated. It looked foreign to me when I first got it but now that I understand the process, I manage it fine.

Like a million of them on Youtube! Just be sure to watch the latest one because repositories get updated and you may become lost if you don’t find the same zip file as the tutorial shows.

Try Sling.com, you'll like it better. They offer International Packages. You can get the sling app on almost every platform (roku, iOS, android, windows pc, etc.)

So you are going to make someone get a PS4 to watch Humtv through Youtube on TV? LOL! You could access Youtube virtually through any box or if you have a smart TV you won't even need that.
Yes I got a a smart TV and I can access youtube through that, but the youtube app for ps4 is better, plus ps4 has better apps than those available for smart tvs. Netflix etc for instance. PS4 plays blurays too and games etc. It is more than just a gaming console. It does everything for me. LOL.

So does normal Youtube app on your phone, smart TV, or even Youtube in your browser. I think the difference would be in functionality. I don't see how that makes it better though. It's Youtube, if video source is 1080p then you should be able to watch it in 1080p given your TV is HD too.
