Jins/Jadoo and Nazar all exist, in addition to reciting the ayat-ul-kursi and 4 kuls, one shud consult an imam or buzurg that can help...with the help of verses from the Quran.

Re: Jaddu and jinns
I got interested in this thread merely bcs one of my closest family members has been victim to being accused of having jinns in her when she merely had post natal depression. I can tell you dealing with these uneducated people has been one of the most stressful and heartbreaking moments of my life... I strongly believe that Pakistanis need to educate themselves and move forward as a society instead of continuing with backwards mentalities. Many of you may attack me of "not being a Muslim for not believing in Jinns.."well I do believe they exist but most of us are neither scholars nor scientists and if something can be cured through medication why can't we label it what it truly is--an illness.
Re: Jaddu and jinns
i havent witnessd any jinn experience but jadu YES unfortunately my faced a lottttttt of trouble due to some ppl getting into jadu n stuff just due to business jealousy yeahhhhhhhh this is true :S
Re: Jaddu and jinns

Re: Jaddu and jinns
k my grandma always told us this story, and she swears that it is a true story
my grandpa's friend was once climbing margala hills at islamabad, and half way up, he saw a man sitting under a tree on a 'char payeee'. he decided to stop there for a few minutes and catch his breath, so he asked that man if he could sit down. the man was happy to have some company, so my grandpa's friend sat down and they started to make some idle conversation. my grandpa's friend made a casual remark about jinns and how he had heard that the margala hills were haunted by them, and the man on 'char payee' replied that he had been living there for more than 500 years and had never seen a jinn once. that made my grandpa's friend a little nervous, so he decided to leave, but as he got up to go back down the hill, that man started to laugh. my grandpa's friend could hear the horrible laughter all the way at the base of the hill, and was really really sick (mentally and physically) afterwards. i so believe this story, as this is the only jinn story she ever told us, and my grandma is a no nonsense person, who never makes up things!!!
Miicha - did you ever consider that the guy on the hill was just trying too scare your grandpa's naive friend?......people do lie you know, some people have a wicked side, or maybe he was just making a joke.
Re: Jaddu and jinns
You missed half of the word, i think you meant ‘fairytale’… in which case its easy, its what come out when a women opens her mouth & exercises here vocal chords.
On the other hand, if you mean ‘angels’ indicated by the halo on the smiley pic, then that stands for ‘men’… as we have to be angels to put up with women, some angels can be..

your logical thinking isn't required in this thread. Please take that somewhere else.

the guy on the hill was making a joke? my grandma tells me how this man was sick physically and mentally after the incident, and i doubt anyone could be THAT affected by a joke

I hate to burst your bubble but I've heard this story way before and from many people. Same exact story. They all swear by it. But in reality, it is lunacy to actually believe such things.
Secondly. There is a condition of Psychosis that occurs, when the human body unexpectedly interacts with thin air on high altitudes. As a result of decreased amount of oxygen, the brain malfunctions in many ways like loss of contact with reality.
People experiencing psychosis usually report hallucinations, delusional beliefs, and exhibit personality changes and confused thinking.
Your grandfather's friend may be in dire need of medical help. I suggest you help him, instead of listening to a story that he heard when he was a kid.
Re: Jaddu and jinns
he is deceased and so is my grandfather. hallucinations due to lack of oxygen occur on very high altitudes, not on margala! and as i said before, i know my grandma would never lie about something like this. if she had wanted to lie, she could have made up a 100 diff. stories!
Re: Jaddu and jinns
in my opinion, in order for you to truly heal from jaadu or jinn is to keep yourself clean at all times and always have allah on your mind. Pray, read the quran regularly and honestly you will be guarded from all this garbage.
But yeah, i do believe in jaddu and jinns. i heard about a family who did jaddu on someone because a family wouldnt get their daughter married to a guy who really liked her. in return, the guys family did black magic on her so that she wont ever get married. The girl ALMOST got married 3-4 times but each time, something bad would happen and the commitment would break. people who do jaddus are SO jahil
and as for nazars..people need to start saying MASHALLAH more often
Re: Jaddu and jinns
i’m a jinn myself ![]()

I know about margalla hills. I used to live in islamabad. Even on small hikes, depending on a person's heart, this can occur. And it HAS occurred to people there. They come back with these rag tag stories at times.
Also, poison ivy type of plants exist on the foothills there as well, which might explain his lack of control on his thoughts.
I'm not saying your grandma lied. I'm just saying that she was telling a story she heard before.
Re: Jaddu and jinns
Do you know anyone who was effected by jaddu or jinn? have they been healed? and how?
I know of some people. A person affected by such things would need to see an aamil, who would give them a prescription based on the problem.
