Well actually Jacuzzi is a company (named after Roy Jacuzzi), which is famous for its invention; A system of underwater jets in the bath to massage the body. Now, Jacuzzi is a generalised trademark for any bath with underwater jets.
Spa refers to water treaments, revolving around the therapeutic powers of water fortified with the powers of minerals.
