His son may be the co-chair of Obama’s presidential campaign, but Jackson Sr (who made this statement), just a few days ago, on national television expressed his views that he wants to chop off the balls of Obama. So I would venture a guess that Jesse Jackson Sr may not be speaking for Obama when he made these statements. 
This is merely to set the record straight in terms of insinuations that Jackson statements should be treated as virtually from Obama campaign. Its possible that Obama also shares similar views, but unless he, or someone from his campaign say so, its speculative. Except Bush, no democratic leader would want to come out in favor of a dictator, anyway.
