Kya drama hai yaar! After Pyare Afzal this is first drama I’m watching and it’s got my attention from the very first episode. It’s a romantic comedy and there’s no dukhiyari larkis. I’m a sucker for good camerawork and background music, which is nicely done is JWW.
NOTE: Bushra Ansari is not your typical punjaban haha!
The story’s about Nisa (Ayeza Khan) and Faris (Danish Taimoor). Faris mother (Bushra Ansari) is dieing and wants him to take her back to Pakistan because dieing in America is too rukha peekha with no soyam and hulchal at mayyat, but Faris says he can’t just leave his work and go rightnow so BA calls his office to give him chutti for ‘few months’ lol which obviously isn’t possible so he looses his job.
Nisa is a taiz larki, I didn’t feel like she was trying to copy Geet from Jab we met, but she’s very fiesty. Whenever Faris calls her she acts like she’s busy but she likes him a lot and just plays hard to get. The acting’s so real and Danish Ayeza pairing is spot on, you can see the love in their eyes, they are getting married soon so whatever you see on screen is not acting.
I am an Urdu1 convert after watching Masterchef Pakistan, their production value is amazing and that shows in JWW.
At least naam hi original soch lo. what happened to originality and creativity? seems copycats have mixed their own non-thought ideas with others work and call it their own. here's another junk with same copied theme, ideas and no real substance.
Wow man did you watch the same show I did? There is absolutely NO similarity between that movie and this drama, except for the title. Don't trash a show without even giving it a watch.

Uff..nafrat ki bhi ek hadd hoti hai. Ek seema hoti hai. Just because it sounds similar to a bollywood movie doesn't mean it is trash. Also, that movie wasn't that bad.
But at the end everyone should respect someone elses's choice, because pasand apni apni.

I am against filmy OTT dramay too, they don't do it for me.. but this ones a funny light drama and theres going to be a few heartbreaks too cos theres another actress in the ost hanging out with Faris. Hira and Tipu's track looks funny :D theres been only 3 episodes on air, watch em online you'll like them!!

if you know any good sad friendship songs from pakistani dramas/coke studio/pakistani films please let me know. I'm listening to Bhool theme song these days which i really like but it's not sad enough for my liking. I want a really sad song that tugs at the heart strings and brings tears to the eyes. Not gentle rain like tears but a flood of tears.
Any sad Pakistani dramas which deal with female friendships breaking up and betrayal is good too. The sadder the better.

About the bolly movies bit, big topicccc but i’d just say we only go berzerk when Pakistani artists pick movies where theres only skin show and yeah more skin show with no acting skills required, seems a bit needy of them

Tears can’t be controlled and waise bhi it’s good that tears fall because i think it helps in moving on. So don’t worry about it. You can suggest me other sad dramas.
i understand not liking when skin show movies are chosen over acting skills. I think most people are reasonable when it comes to that and you definitely are. Only a few, whose names i won’t mention, just dislike bollywood movies and when a Pakistani acts in what seems like a decent movie.
