fun of spending june in pakistan after a long time…

u guys remember jaaman? :yummy:

they r like the size of a khajoor [date] very dark purple in color [thats how we got the name of the color jaamni for purple] and they’ve got a seed inside also the shape of a khajoor seed..

had some after a long long time…

I havent had jaamuns in years. There used to be this tree near a church and golf course, and we used to pick them. grin

I myself dont eat lychee.

We had a jaaman tree in our yard. Never cared much for the taste, I'm glad that tree no longer exists.

Those two are not only confined to Pakistan and June. You may find Jaan-e-mun and leeches all over the world all year round. You just need to have women around.

alrite you just got me the cravings for dates.. we have this fresh farm market every saturday in our town, so I am going there tomorrow to get some, the only drawback is I 'll have to wake up early morning at 7:00am to get there. *sighhh
