hey ladies, Never thought I’d ever say it but I’m actually starting to think about IVF … I have completed 6month of clomid without any luck .. well just had my day 21 bloods done for my 6th month but I know this month hasn’t worked aswell ..

I live in north west England .. half an hour away from manchester .. I wanted some info on ivf in this area .. I’m going to get an appointment sent to see my gynae .. I’m thinking to say yes to IVF .. I know that there is usually a waiting list ..

I wanted to know more information all about it, the whole procedure, I’m scared about is being painful .. is there anyone who has had it done lately?? Is there anyone who can help me advise me … I’m sooo upset … please help

Private IVF cost in the UK is 4,000-8000 pounds for one cycle. They are talking about some cheaper options too. Don’t know if those are available yet. Some people go to Sweden too as it’s slightly cheaper , 6000 pounds. Pakistan of course is way cheaper. Rs 3 lakhs to 6 lakhs for one cycle.

One thing, in some areas of the UK, the NHS pays for one one cycle of the IVF instead of the 3 recommended by the NHS. Hopefully your area shall not be one of those.
