Forget crunches and machines. Intense Cardiovascular exersices is your answer. Workout for atleast half an hour everyday (better if morning). Strart with 15 mins of straddle jump (break it in the 3 sets of 5 mins each with 30 seconds rest in between) followed by 15 mins of light but non-stop jogging. Continue it for atleast 10 days and results are bound to come. Meantime, you are to avoid the way to subway.
