nahi actually it does work… U lose one lb per day if u are in this diet…

nahi actually u get use to it.. Iam planning to continue with this diet for 3 months.. and i don't think after 3 months i would wanna change my eating habits... :)

jee nahi iam not tat chubby.. iam 160lbs with a height of 5’6.. So my weight is kinda better with my height but still my goal is to reach 140lbs…lets see if i can achieve tat

jee nahi it has mayo in it.. and each pack of salad dressing has 120 cal.. which is wayyy too much
