Let us for a moment forget our nationalities and take a non partisan view of the whole argument.
My argument that LeT could be active in Pakistan even though it was banned by the government.

I totally agree with this. They would not have a plush office with interiors designed by an architect and all that. They would have some dinghy office where these elements would meet and plan their next strategy. Rogue elements within the goverment would aid these guys too.
All things said and done we have digressed from the topic too much...
