So you are meaning to say that LeT no longer has offices or training centres inside Pakistan. I agree and rest my case your honour.

Going by your suggestion, LeT would have an office, they will put all their plans, all blue-prints, everybody belonging to LeT would be visiting the offices and collecting their to-do list, coming next day to report on achievements, keeping financial books etc and all this time government keeps shouting "banned". Nice.
Cults like these do NOT need any "office", they CAN'T afford (legally) to have an office, considering the fact that they have been branded "terrorist" organization internationally and spies are all over Pakistan.
