I´ve never heared of a place called Siri Paey. But the dish is 
actually its both..
according to the local people..when britishers came..it wasn't siri paey..it was surrey and pie..but later on it became siri paey..
usually you can take a jeep from shogran and go to siri and they paey..its a day trip..and both the places are beautiful..i have been there.
