Heres a trick that really works...put your feet in a bucket of really cold water for a few minutes. Your blood circulates thru there and the veins are close to the surface so within a few minutes, you blood is all cooled down and it feels marvelous!

on the same note drink warm water, instead of cold water. warm water wont gonna makes you thirsty.
