Here is my recipe for pancake,it is very simple and easy recipe ,they turned out very good.
Flour 1 1/4 cup
suger 2Tbs,Baking powder 2tsp,Salt 3/4 tsp, Oil 3Tbs, 1 1/3 cup milk,Egg 1
1- First blend all dry ingrediants .Then add all wet ingrediants and beat for few min with beater until batter is smooth.
2-Heat a heavy based pan and lightly greased it ,and drope a spoon of batter,cook on low flame,until it brown from one side ,turn the sideand cook for few second from other side.
Serve with maple syrup.

mmm... I love pancakes, I usually have mine with lemon juice and sugar and for them to taste absolutely brilliant they have to be covered with chocholate (melted).
