Detroit here I come! Cant wait to meet Salman! Its been a year! Anyone knows how the concert was in Chicago last night?
Who else is going?
It was just okay..the sound system as usual was not quite good...the place which they chose to be was sorta an old theater...they did stick a little bit to the time, though was an hour late...on the bottom line it was still an enjoyment....
the chicago concert was really good..I agree with Eros about the sound system which was not upto mark.. overalll it was fun ..sung alot of old songs as well..performed for 3 1/2 hours!!.
and Alibeta..I also attended the detroit's one and I think I saw you, if I'm not mistaken you wore an orange shirt...right..
The sound was really good but the concert lasted for only two hours-that is the only sad part.
I'm done with junoon...its enough . Attended 3 concerts in july..
THe concert was spectacular!! I have yet to see a concert where the crowd was free to express there love! Not a whole lot of people showed up but then again Detroit doesnt have alot of Pakistanis!
I concert was amazing. I met Salman Ali and Brian at the end! There promotor is a very nice guy! Salman bhayee was so nice! I told him to come more often to his website and he said he will! Salman bhayee this is AliBeta.
Cant wait for you guys to come back in October! Brian was so nice. Salman And him were sitting down and Brian is like wheres Ali. I went and sat with them and was like. I am Ali so I will fill in the spot. BRian apprciated that UI drove all the way from WV and so did Salman!
Salman bhayee. Meri zindagi ki khahish thi aap say milnaa. Well we had in Islamabad on several occassions! Lekin this time I had become a true Junooni!

i didtn see you there alibeta…i was in teh back side corner iwth the red hijabi girl..i saw her go after them when the left the stage…you must of have went with them.
Now back to Salman AHmad, when I went to get his autograph backstage I congratulated him on becoming the UN aids rep of pakiland and he said: “Wow, you’re the first one who’s congratulated me today!”

I mean, c'mon, I'm pretty sure, they fell short of the budget.
Is the club an online one? I don't want to be part of the fan club. I want to meet him personally. LIke iin Pakiland or send him a letter or two discussing the events that may follow his becoming the un rep.
I'd like to get in contact with Raza Mirza and plan this out a couple of months before the date instead of a couple of WEEKS! No one had known about this concert (plus exams)...we should get Dr. Mirza to publicize this greatly in neighbouring cities way in advance to reach teh quota.
Salman Ahmad is .....dang..dont have the words..i used to admire him way back when he used to appear in paki dramas as a skinny lil dude with short (crew cut) hair.

Raza saheb was being an ass during the concert. Lalach karr rahay thay! He is like all 25 tickets are sold out! And then aik aunti was nice and she gave me those 25 tickets.
And about the concert people are like this! As I said earlier, no one was willing to go with me to the concert. Abhi hota naa agar Indian show all of them would have gone. Then I begged them and pestered them and they went. Also enjoyed the show alot!
As for in October! Insha Allah I will let people know around here in Kalamazoo. Noone was there other than us from around here! People just didnt know. As the concert got confirmed in the last 10 days!

hey Ali you were right about that doctor so was evry organisor… Hamari kaum kabhi baaz nahee ayay gi.. they even told me that they ran out of 25 dollars tickets and all they have is 35 and 50 dollar ones and that was also running out! dealing with me in a typical paki style with their sweet decieving words.." yaaqeen manay sir hamara imaan saaf hey sab ticket sold out hein." HA…Ek uncle over heard our conversation and he had so many 25 dollar tickets…

All the 25 went to his family & friends who knew, beforehand, the whole outline of the show. Ah well. 35 wasnt bad either.

hah last year when raza announced that junaid wont be able to make it..alot of back seat guys were boooing him so bad that made him so furious he was literally yelling at those guys on MIC and it was infront of the crowd hhaha!!
