If ur talking about admiration and liking them, NOT just staring and ogling then u hav a point... why shudn't a girl admit she likes a guy.. unfortunately in our twisted culture, any girl who likes a guy is desparate.. guys r sposed to chase after grlz and it's seen as pathetic if she takes the lead... guys who wanna get married r cool, but women who wanna get marreid are desparate :(... even my mom was yelling at me about this, how its sharam wali baat kay i wanna get married .. :(

Depends on the girl...i've seen girls who r very flirty and always aproach guys...and then some really, really check out/ stare at guys n then talk about them to their other girlfriends...n then there r those guys who r too shy to make the first move...all boils down to ur personality i guess...both sexes look at each other, it's just that some gals r probably old-fashioned n want the guys to come talk to them, and some r more open n free lolz, and display their confidence to everyone (sometimes they're bit overconfident)...n some guys don't like the girl to come over to them first, whereas some think today, everything goes! Depends on the place and the person...checking out each other is one thing, and we all do it...but going up to them to start a convo is another :)

Women have always been very suttle when it comes to checking out. But if they're in a group they lose all inhibitions, whereas men have always had to do the chasing and making it obvious with glances is part of it.
