I am into IT management . I miss my geek days though.
I have Oracle Database and Oracle ERP background although I am forgetting it all very fast.

I just need basic information regarding the certification. Firstly, i want to know if there is any training institute for it available in Lahore? I also want to know its cost, average studying duration required to pass and exam eligibility criteria for it. Does one need to have a minimum years of work experience to be eligible?

I will not know anything about ITIL training in Lahore and if they conduct exams there or not but this is their official website where you can find all the information you are looking for.

Well, i recently got messages on linkedin from Business Beam, Prudential and Kinverg claiming that they have competent trainers and carryout ITIL, COBIT training sessions through out the country. I personally found prudential's 'moneyback' offer quite interesting, though not really sure about the profile of their instructors yet.

Business beam has good ITIL training instructors. My former company went through the certification process through them.
In Lahore Kinverg is a new start up and the guy seemed to be quite competent. Search for it on either linked in or google and get in touch for the foundation training.
