MY scalp starts to itch after a day or 2 of washing it,the day i wash it its fine, day after or 2days after, starts to itch alittle bit. not alot. but theres no dandruff there,im thinking it may be the dry air and heat from the central heating we have on all day///could it be? or something else..

if u r, by any chance, a diabetic [God forbid] then it could be a skin condition that is called Diabetic rash. it can be treated easily with prescription drugs. i get that coz i'm diabetic.

mayb ur scalp gets dry? perhaps using a deep conditioner would help...
or mayb it gets oily the day after... then u might have to start washing it more often

my scalp gets itchy too. . .i just tend to wash it more often . . wash it every other day with a gentle shampoo. . and maybe do a oil treatment to ur hair atleast one every week

Take honey and cinnamon powder in equal proportions. Make a fine paste out of it and apply this on the affected area. This would stop itching.
or
Coat the affected area with a light paste of coconut oil and limejuice. This is a good remedy to cure itching.Include foods rich in Vitamin C, beta-carotene, Vitamin E and zinc in the diet.
