Im mainly interested in hearing from people in 2nd line IT support, but please anyone share their experiences of any IT support they do.

What did they ask you on your interview?
Have you moved on from IT support into something else? like specialised in something? and what?

I have a few years of IT support experience but i been self-employed for the past year. i havent done so well, and im now looking for a full time job, here in the UK. I havent done 2nd line support as a proper job role, and would be interested to hear from you guys.
