… … the current average life expectancy rate of the world, especially of Pakistan. The current United Nations list places Pakistan at the 135th position in the world with the average life expectancy rate of 65 years.
Moin Akhtar, for example, was only 60 years old which to me is a bit too young to die, isn’t it?
The Japanese are at the first position in the world with the average life expectancy rate of 82 years. Why such drastic differences between different regions of the world?
Sadly, the situation is not only because of our poor medical system but the lack of awareness of healthy life style. We literally eat rubbish and if you notice, whenever you hear about an under 65 male died in Pakistan, if its a natural death, 90% of the times its heart related.
okay (may be off topic) but I’ve heard that if the scientists discover a way to recreate/ regrow cells (as in rebuild amputated hand etc) Allah will delay the judgement day for another 1k years…
(i don’t claim that it’s authentic or anything but I heard that from a very learned Islamic scholar)
we need to focus on mental stress, an active and healthy lifestyle...less drama and more focus on educating people about their body and hygiene, good eating habits, etc etc
