Re: It’s too late to change anything: Imran Khan
I agree about the being powerful people, yes they are powerful because **army **people love them, ...
slight correction in your statement, army is the real power, not public.

Re: It’s too late to change anything: Imran Khan
It requires some courage to speak up against the most powerful man of the country (Musharraf) and the most powerful mafia don (Altaf).
...and its the quickest possible rout to get in news and headlines (if someone think that he is fading away) :)
Re: It’s too late to change anything: Imran Khan
^ Exactly. If had a party or even a base, it would be another issue. Imran is trying to play the issue based political game, but unlike the two corrupt ex-PMs, no one is listening.
As much as I dislike BB, one can not deny that PPP has been a player in Pakistani politics in every election.
Yup, also I believe that Imran's extreme anti-Musharraf stance between 2003 and 2007 has a lot to do with covering up his earlier unstinted support of Musharraf between 1999 and 2002.

Unless for you only MQM voters qualify as "people", no one loves them.
They are not like in Punjab, nor in Sindh, neither in NWFP and nothing needs to be said about Balochistan. Perhaps only 10% like these two.
There was a poll on GS, as to what is the most hated party in Pak politics and MQM came number 1 with flying colours.

Baseless? elaborate.

Statements will make headlines only if thy are what people want to listen. If he is getting the headlines for being against Altaf, then it shows how unpopular Altaf is.
