I think gupshup looks better without a banner, especially one that covers only the top right hand corner of the screen. Next time banners shud be put up for very special occasions and holidays (such as eid, christmas, 14 august) and shud be taken off the very next day, instead of a whole month.
Edit: Ooops. I wrote Top right hand corner when its actually the top left hand corner. I apologize for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to this mistake.
