A preacher listened sympathetically as one one of his flock sought advice on how to get out of terrible personal economic straits. The clergyman counseled the man to entrust divine guidance by opening the good book and letting his hand fall randomly upon whatever words were there for him.
The man followed the advice. The next time the preacher saw the man he was neatly dressed and prosperous lookin. “I followed your advice”, he informed the preacher. " i blindly opened the Bible and let my hand fall on a page at random and everything worked out wonderfully".
