Sorry for the long post - I really need help…
Can I please receive some help regarding the interpretation of 2 different istikhare that have been done regarding marriage. We are very confused regarding the interpretation of these Istekhare. My mother has done 7 Istekhare for 1 marriage proposal I have received.
The marriage proposal is not that great. His mother has told us the boy previously married his girl friend secretly and has a secret child. Also I am more educated than him. They are keen for the rishta but we re uncertain. Nevertheless we are still considering it as I am 27 and hardly any rishte are coming my way. Anyway the first night my mother seen that she had cooked samose and pizza and passed it over the fence to our neighbor who was gobbling it up and was telling my mother it was very delicious and my mum was feeling really proud that he liked it. Next night she seen a plate of rice that was decorated nicely. After that she has not seen any other dreams and we are still not sure what to do.
The istikhare seems good but as my khala mentioned in the dream we were giving the food away, and the other side was very happy but we did not actually gain anything- so not sure if it would be good for me. Next there is a second rishta this seems much better he has a good job, he is an optician and his family are wealthy, he seems much more religious etc- the only problem is they havent actually sent a proposal yet -we are just hoping they will- a person is trying to set us up!
We were introduced at an event, he told the person setting us up that he liked me (and I could tell he did) and he said he wouldn’t mind meeting me again (to discuss if we would like to get married etc). I think I’m more keen than him though because I know he probably has a few options. I did an Istekhara regarding whether I should consider this. The first night I did an Istekhara I seen I met an old friend of my sister who is now a doctor and I was very happy to see her and was asking her all about being a doctor.
Second one I did for this rishta I seen I was driving at evening time, it was raining and there was a lot of traffic, I hit the car in front of me accidentally. I was worried but everybody there was on my side and told me it was the man in front of me fault as he braked suddenly. I was relieved but looked at my car which was damaged, I was happy that I might get a new car but I was still worried that the police might blame me for driving too close. Nevertheless everyone else said to me it was fine because you have to drive close in rainy weather. I have no idea what these mean…please, please help! Jazak Allah Khair
