Is Istikhara a Reuters ticker tape that Allah is gonna come in dreams and tell A to marry B. I think Allah's got a lot of work in other parts of the world to be worrying about a girl seeing her lover over the moon.
Last I checked Allah was busy in Iraq, Israel, Afghanistan, and Sudan.

Istikhaara was read the same way stated on the website that you suggested.
Surely, a baby girl being born and the guy being happy (and the girl) must be a positive sign. Surely that means that Allah has given his approval? Its so obvious...Rishta is in discussion and this happens on the night when the Istikhaara was read!
