Istekhara n its intricacies…

  1. I wanna know if its been mentioned in any Hadith or the Quran.
  2. Can anyone else do an istekhara for you.
  3. Do u need to be a pious muslim to perform it
  4. Do you really see signs in your dream, literally the future, like shes an evil person and wll bring you harm
  5. Can it be performed any time during the day
  6. Do u need to follow the results of the istekhara

P.S I dont want this thread to end up being a playing ground for the fanatics.

Salamz to All,
The best method of Istihara is to read "Dua-e-Istihara" at least one time after seven times of Nafals with the Neat of Istihara. you can also read it at one time or as u wish but avoid of diong that in prohibited timings, in which nawafils are not allowed to done. IT will be most suitable if you will do Istihara by youy own. To see a DREAM is not essential after Istihara. But istihara is just an opinion from Allah that will be put in to your heart after Istihara, in istihara's translation it is mentioned "ALLAH if this work or matter or any thing is bad for us, keep it away, and if it is suitable for us in world and last world let it be near to us."
Inshallah u will be succeceeded.

Let me tell you something important, its recomended to do istikhara at night and its important that you do not indulge your self in worldly talk after Istakhara.

On Main page it is just introduction download pdf or word file in which it clear out what actually it is and how to perform and its remove confusions too about what Istikhara is ?
