Re: Israel's bleak economy spurs reverse aliyah -- to U.S.
Newsflash....
USA if it introduces stricter gas milage will not need to import Arab oil.
And besides oil, what else do Arabs have to offer?
You talk about a civilization in decline....
Just look at Israel...
80% of all Israelis have university degrees, the highest percentage in the world
Israel is a leader in medical and pharmaceutical research. Major medical companies have invested billions of dollars in Israel because its research is so cutting edge.
Israel is a leader in weapon design and manufacturing. The 3 Billion dollars that Israel receives every year from USA, more than 2 Billion dollars goes into Joint US-Israeli weapon research which has yeiled Tavor Assault Rifle and Arrow II Anti-Missile System.
Israel is a leader in water purification and desalination and agriculture. Israeli greenhouses are everywhere from South America to Africa.
Israel is a leader in Information Technology. The software that Gupshup uses, VBulletin and PHP was written in Israel.
Israel is a leader in alternative source of energy. Brazil's recent conversion of Sugar to Petrol. The research for this was done in Israel.
Walmart has invested Billions of dollars into Israel.
And you mean to tell me that this is a country in decline.
Well, the day they dont need oil at all from Arabia, will be the day I actually agree with you... Lets say maybe, another 20-30 years possibly?
And Israel can be the leader in whatever they want, Arabs still own the oil reserves. And when Israel is independant of oil, then we can talk.
Lol... Walmart has also invested in Towels from Pakistan and underwear from Thailand... So what?!
