My understanding of this hadith is that it's not for common people rather for the leader, I might be wrong but this is how I see it.
sis .. when it comes to Amr bil Ma'roof Wa Nahi anil Munkar .. its always UNIVERSAL .. it dont matter who is common and who isnt ..
so therfore the hadith is for everyone ... no one is exempt ..to kia yah nahyi anil munkar mein shaamil nahi hai ? .. i think so ..:)
