When? It isn't just the West. For instance, how many countries in Latin America suppress religious minorities? By the time the Muslim world reaches the human rights standard of today the rest of the world will have evolved even further. It doesn't bother you that what was for 1,000 years a civilization that was the most open, the most prosperous, , the most advanced, the most tolerant, and the most powerful is now basically irrelevant aside from the terrorism emanating from it and the presence of oil in a handful of Muslim countries? The gap between the Islamic world and the rest of the world is only increasing. Western Europe eclipsed it long ago, Russia followed suit, a new country emerging from colony status also quickly did, East Asia did, and then so did Latin America. If the Islamic world doesn't reform it is only a matter of time before Africa overtakes it as well.
