This matter deserves a separate thread. The fact is that Israel was informed BEFORE the London attacks is something that was reported very early on by the news media, but was quickly covered up and denied later on.

Terrorism expert Tommy Preston of Preston Global in Frankfort, Kentucky, said sources in the intelligence community reported that at least one person in London, England was warned of Thursday morning’s terrorist attacks moments before the initial blast. Preston, citing sources in the intelligence community, said former Israeli Prime Minister and current Finance Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, was in London this morning for an economic forum. **“Just before the first blast, Netanyahu got a call from the Israeli Embassy telling him to stay in his hotel room. The hotel is located next to the subway station where the first attack occurred and he did stay put and shortly after that, there was the explosion,” Preston said. **

^^ Relax ya moron, it was the London Police who informed them, and after the story was reviewed, it was apparent that the police were reacting to the blasts, and Netanyahu was being informed after the blasts were on the police network.

JERUSALEM - British police told the Israeli Embassy in London minutes before Thursday’s explosions that they had received warnings of possible terror attacks in the city, a senior Israeli official said.
Israeli Finance Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had planned to attend an economic conference in a hotel over the subway stop where one of the blasts occurred, and the warning prompted him to stay in his hotel room instead, government officials said.
Foreign Minister Silvan Shalom said he wasn’t aware of any Israeli casualties.
Just before the blasts, Scotland Yard called the security officer at the Israeli Embassy to say they had received warnings of possible attacks, the official said. He did not say whether British police made any link to the economic conference.

Did they tell the public or transportation authorities before the attacks?
Frikin’ idiots. Sometimes initial reports are wrong. I am certain that once it was suspected that this was terrorism that the London Police initiated a Disaster Drill which included notifying embassies, particualrly logical targets like the Israelis.
LONDON (Reuters) - London’s police force had no intelligence that the attacks on the city’s transport system on Thursday were going to happen, deputy assistant commissioner of the Metropolitan police, Brian Paddick told reporters. The “information I have is there was no intelligence in our possession of these attacks,” he said. “We were given no warning by any organization that this was going to happen.”
Paddick was replying to a question from a journalist on whether the Isreali embassy in London was given advance warning of these attacks.
Don’t be ridiculous. You should be asking why the London police did not inform anyone else but the Israeli’s before the attack? Why not the public or the transport people, so that they could save people?

The official spoke on condition of anonymity because of the nature of his position.
The “official” could have been a security guard, a secretary or a cook. More than likely the “official” got the time wrong, and the attacks had already taken place. What possible motivation would Scotland Yard have in notifying Israel first, and not notifying the public? The call from Scotland Yard was more than likely a preplanned disaster drill where they notify potential targets and put security operations into effect once an act of terrorism has occured.
