On the contrary, Pakistan is perhaps a much bigger threat to Iran that the other way around. A nuclear Iran in any case is not a concern of Pakistan; the relations between the two countries has been historically luke warm only. Much of that because of Pakistani provocation. Iran has eyes to the west, not east.
In any case, it's a shame Pakistan can't develop this tech.

AQ Khan did it for his own financial benefit and was not authorized by the Pakistani government and so him giving nuke technology to libya, north korea or iran does not reflect the official pakistani position

It wasn't AQ khan but Pak military and they did not sell nukes but technology to make nukes.. Eyrans centrifuge design comes from Pak.
