This requires equal or a substantial action from all muslim nations. Don't expect Jordan and Egypt to do anything though. Turkey is currently the only muslim nation in a position to confront Israel head-on and that too quickly and most effectively. If Turkey follows this incident with appropriate action including retaliation, Pakistan and other muslim nations that pride themselves on the strength of their armed forces/Naval forces/Air forces should join hands and make this a united front.

The reason for "self defense" was over in ONE minute.

Once Israel’s closest ally in the region, the Turkish government has reacted with fury at last night’s Gaza aid ship massacre, condemning it as ‘inhuman state terror.’
Turkey’s Navy will reportedly protect future aid ships
The attacked ship was Turkish in origin and at least two of the slain aid workers were Turkish citizens. Turkey says future aid ships will be dispatched with a military escort so as to prevent future Israeli attacks.
Turko-Israeli relations have been on the decline in recent months, including a staged photo-op by the Israeli Foreign Ministry designed to shame Turkey’s ambassador. Israel also reportedly arrested a Turkish citizen weeks ago for being a member of a humanitarian group involved with the aid ship.
Israeli officials have defended the killings as “self defense,” claiming the aid workers were secretly in league with al-Qaeda. A top Israeli investment house has also called for a divestment from Turkey to protest Turkey’s criticism of the massacre.

What will the world do? Forget condemnations. Where are the sanctions? Talk is cheap. Even if Obama condems it would he actually put sanctions on Israel? Would he halt all military aid?

These people were taking aid to Palestinians because they are currently getting less than 25% of aid Israel allows to go through. Dozens of people on the boats were journalists and aid workers from ALL over the world. UN aid workers were also on the boat and they were obviously not breaking any international law.
All you can say is that Israeli soldiers were defending themselves???
Is it a co incidence that EVERY single Indian i have come across (on different forums) have defended Israel??? Australia is Israel’s ally but MOST Australians have STRONGLY criticised Israeli actions including their Prime Minister and Forign minister (just like head of other countries all around the world).
