I believe the example set forth here by the leading nations should be followed by all third world and developing nations...
This allows a lot of freedom for many resistance fighters and Mujahideen in Iraq and Afghanistan...They would be free of any war related crimes against all US soldiers and those aiding them...
No extradition for them either if caught, right?
