ok, you are right. And now I remember a bit better as well, we got Engerix-B vaccinations. Which does not prevent C, only B and I think A.
Then C is said to be transferred by blood.
But then I remember Doc. in our family were buying machine to chop syringes, so no one pick them up and reuse them.
Then again, even they did not have clear data, only more and more patients.
C does have some thing against it. One of my friend got it in Guj. back then. they gave him pill and told him not to eat oil etc.
Idea was not give virus/germ enviornment to grow in.
Then much latter on, my cousin a Doc, got it. She was on some injections.
Only trying to share information, which you could have more updated.
Back then father told me no one was looking for prevention vaccination since medicine companies did not have big market.
Later on ted talk I heard the same thing.
Also on hasb-e-hal I heard them talking, before, how there is too expensive medicine of C is being made naqaali. So its sort of tons more obvious then it was 15 years ago.
So after discovering C there is still a life.
I do fear for every one who live there.
