I hear that if we pay them for Eid ul Adha they can slaughter and portion your meat to needy people. Anyone have any info on this? I’d like to try and take part in this.

Are there any other places I can do this besides ISNA?

Elaborate on the resources I can use. i.e. whom do i pay, where, who to contact. With answers like yours I might as well spin the globe and pick a place my finger lands on with no way to get what I'm trying to achieve.
