I m not talking about a justice system here. I m talking about an individual girl - when faced with such situations where there is minimum time for reaction, islamically would it be just for her to give the guy a good beating, a kick, a scream? What should she do @ that instance?
Don't go shop alone, keep your mehram with you so they can chase the guy if possible and then level them out. However as they say, *******s always have brothers. Particularly true in Pakistan. You could almost be starting a vendetta there if you react enough to injure the guy. In situations like these the people should support the victim and make it known that people will not get away with such actions. As the Prophet SAW said .... paraphrasing its meaning ... when you see a wrong, change it with your own hands, if not possible, then with your tongue or pen, if not even that, then at least just feel bad about it. We first need people to start feeling bad about it and then onto the next stage. I bet you a lot of perverts in the crowd if not particpating themselves enjoy watching it happen.
