yes there shd be justice of course. but these are times of which Rasool Allah warned us of..fitna everywhere even in our homes. women all covered are also stared at by men in saudi arabi. i saw once a man touching a women(hijabi and naqabi) right next to masjid e nabvi. fitna is everywhere. media , internet has caused too much fitna. its in our homes . we shd take Prophets Advice Pack our bags and go live in woods.

It really has no clearly defined punishment in traditional Islamic literature however I wouldn't abstain on a vote for flogging such perverts.

I m not talking about a justice system here. I m talking about an individual girl - when faced with such situations where there is minimum time for reaction, islamically would it be just for her to give the guy a good beating, a kick, a scream? What should she do @ that instance?

I had the opposite problem of large bodied women bashing into me ... sometimes it is not on purpose ...
Sometimes men are not really touching you but looking for cash steal ... which is a whole other issue.
If you must ...
Practice reflex action ... learn to grab without turning to look then you can grab the hand or part they use to touch you ... the second thing is to hold a 6 inch knitting needle in your palm and allow it to surface from your fingers like Wolverine ... then next time you get touched stick a bit of metal in their flesh in your reflex action. Always be alert in the market place don't get caught up with the goods 'cos it becomes obvious to people that you are not paying attention to your surroundings.

On a serious note, it still happens even when u r paying attention, psyah they r experts they do what they do and disappear in a flash.

Don't go shop alone, keep your mehram with you so they can chase the guy if possible and then level them out. However as they say, *******s always have brothers. Particularly true in Pakistan. You could almost be starting a vendetta there if you react enough to injure the guy. In situations like these the people should support the victim and make it known that people will not get away with such actions. As the Prophet SAW said .... paraphrasing its meaning ... when you see a wrong, change it with your own hands, if not possible, then with your tongue or pen, if not even that, then at least just feel bad about it. We first need people to start feeling bad about it and then onto the next stage. I bet you a lot of perverts in the crowd if not particpating themselves enjoy watching it happen.
