Taliban DID not carry out the attack: Al Jazeera English - Focus - Blasts continue to shake Islamabad

I suppose with so many factions now like TTP, Meshud group, Fazlullah group and various other ones it is not surprising that one of them claimed it and the other one denied it.
I do feel that whoever these barbarians are... they must be brought to justice... but the direction Pakistan is going in, it seems like a never ending war...
why Govt. do that to discredit them ? THEY already have a long and barbarian cruel bloody history of targeting bombing, lootings, beheadings, pull out dead bodies from gravesa and hanged on pools, beating womens and childrens, destroying schools, bazars. They doing it openly and proudly and almost 99% suicide bombing they claim it...
Its my personal opinion, might be we have some black sheeps in ISI and Army THOSE who is baqiat or WIRSA of ZIA`s way, backing or keep informing THEM govts. stergidties and passing out security maps and routines.....
at this point, even if they didnt commit a single bombing after this, they still deserve a dogs death. they have claimed credit for enough of them, before cameras. if they're innocent in this, they will be eliminated as suspects when they are eliminated from the face of the earth.

Indeed, there are so many groups and vested interests involved in the current situation that uncovering truth is comparable to finding a needle in pile of hay and that is exactly why we should not blindly point our fingers to a phantom created for the purpose that it is serving today.
We should also remember that existence of this phantom and its ability to perpetuate itself is more desired by proponents and dispenser of war on terror than by the "terror" itself.
Evacuation of the posts near PAK-AFGHAN border is yet another proof of the seriousness of our so called allies in this war. It was time to strengthen these posts with more boots on the ground so that flux of runaway “Taliban” from Pakistan to Afghanistan could have been stopped.

You are the one raising doubts as to whether the Taleban did it, I expect you to offer more as basis. Atleast one faction of the Taleban has taken responsibility for it, I so no reason for confusion then.
I have never seen or read anything like this; I have heard 3 types of theories pointing to three sides in this affair:
1) Taleban (TTP) did it to discredit governmnet. (if this was the case they succeeded)
2) Army did it to gain public support and wean those who were supporting taleban purely on religious grounds by showing them Taleban attacks religion oriented institutions as well
3) Government did it to discredit taleban ('attcking religion') amd the military ('not in control')
Ofcourse there is the usual croud blaming Mossad, CIA, RAW etc but they have become stale to themselves.
