true, islam sees itself as a way of life that is in direct challenge to EVERY other way of life. that is it. now the question about that we criticize them for the same thing while we do it. well that is where belief comes in. we believe islam to be the religion from Allah who owns the land and thus His law should rule the land as His law rules the universe. and all other laws are baseless and should be removed. other laws or systems see us as a threat and rightly so, and they resist. now that is where the confrontation begins. out duty is to spread Allah’s word on this earth and so it is “imperialism” but not for a race, or country or language or money or ruling class. it is only for the sake of Allah. and to establish justice. Allah says that
Indeed We have sent Our Messengers with clear proofs, and revealed with them the Scripture and the Balance (justice) that mankind may keep up justice. And We brought forth iron wherein is mighty power (in matters of war), as well as many benefits for mankind, that Allâh may test who it is that will help Him (His religion), and His Messengers in the unseen. Verily, Allâh is All-Strong, All-Mighty. (Al-Hadid 57:25)
so the messengers were sent to establish justice, with respect to human dealings with Allah, other human beings, animals, enviroment and our own self. and iron was sent down by Allah to make sure the balance is established and not threatened by any one or any other system. so yes we call for “imperialism” but only to establish justice. not to replace american tyranny with arab tyranny or pakistani tyranny. but to establish justice. and if some one tells us that you cant attac unless provoked, he is telling a lie. for the reason to implement islamic law is because Allah owns this earth, so how can we be happy with just part of this earth under Allah’s laws. is the other part not Allah’s? and thus it dissolves the false notion. yes we can temporarily sign peace treaties, and make allies. but the final goal is always, to bring isalm to the entire human kind and implement justice all over the earth. not just be content with a country.
